Project Administrator

Job Description

To help the project managers with project related administrative support services across all project portfolios within the project management and engagement management teams for Project Managers.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Project Administration
  • Project Management an advantage
  • Project Administration: 3 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Administration

  • Coordinating with his/ her team members frequently for updates regarding the work in progress
  • Monitoring the progress of the project and acknowledging team suggestions
  • Guiding the team members and ensuring that guidelines are met
  • Initiating the project or contract and working until the project is completed
  • Pro-actively Assisting Project Managers in the development and maintenance of both electronic and hard copy project files.
  • Updating relevant documents and providing Document Management advice as and when required
  • Supporting Project Managers in the preparation of project documentation, including Project Management Plans, Change requests and Project Status Reports.
  • Assisting in monitoring progress to ensure the delivery of work streams against plans, monitoring and challenging progress as appropriate.

Marketing and Tender Support

  • Assisting in completing and compiling the tender documents & supplier registration forms
  • Binding and packaging of documents
  • Ensuring that documents are delivered on time
  • Copying and filing of documents
  • Recording of documents going to storage

Quality Management

  • Assisting in the implementation of ISO9001 standards in the company and projects
  • Assisting in updating operational processes in the company
  • Assisting in Audit schedules required by ISO9001
  • Filing of documents and updating all files (soft and hard copy)

Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of all MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, outlook &PowerPoint)
  • Report writing skills
